We started M&CO because we saw too many good ideas go nowhere.
Strategy was written. Decks were presented. Vendors were engaged.
But nothing changed.
We’ve worked inside major transformations across government, education, retail, and enterprise and we kept seeing the same pattern: disconnected advice, unclear outcomes, and no one sticking around long enough to make sure it worked.
